1. Delivery Across India
We offer FREE shipping PAN India on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other locations: 5–7 business days
  Delivery time may vary based on your location and courier performance.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available in most pin codes. You can check availability at checkout.

5. Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll help track and resolve the issue promptly.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used/opened hair care products
• Items damaged due to customer mishandling
• Free gifts or promotional items

3. Return Process

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order ID, product photo, and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we’ll arrange reverse pickup or guide you through the return steps.
3. After we receive and inspect the item, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Refund Method

• Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method
• COD orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer (details will be requested)

❗ Important Notes

• Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the courier or incorrect delivery address entered at checkout.
• We reserve the right to reject returns if the product is used or the request is outside the return window.
