Shipping & Delivery

How did my package ship?

Your order is shipped via our trusted courier partners, including India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and international services like DHL or USPS (for global orders). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, whatsapp or SMS.

Why does my USPS tracking number state 1-Day, 2-Day, 3-Day Delivery?

These are estimated delivery timelines provided by USPS and do not guarantee exact arrival. Actual delivery time may vary depending on customs, local courier handling, and your location.

How long will my package take to arrive?
  • Domestic Orders (India): 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days depending on the destination
    You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

What are business days?

Business days refer to weekdays (Monday through Friday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

How do I know my package has shipped?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email and/or WhatsApp/SMS with a tracking link once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Why are certain products unavailable to ship to Internationally?

Due to customs regulations and local import laws, some of our cosmetic products cannot be shipped to specific countries. We are working to expand our international compliance to serve more regions soon.

Why is my tracking number not updating?

Tracking numbers may take up to 24–48 hours to reflect in the system. If there’s still no update after 3 days, please contact our support team at [email protected] or WhatsApp us to click on its link.

Product Information

Are Broveg products safe for chemically treated or colored hair?

Yes, all Broveg products like our 5.5 pH Keratin Shampoo, Mask & Serum are specially formulated for frizz-prone, colored, or chemically-treated hair. They are sulfate-free, paraben-free, and cruelty-free.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Absolutely. Broveg is committed to ethical beauty. Our products are never tested on animals and contain only plant-based, non-toxic ingredients.

Can I use Broveg hair products daily?

Yes, especially our Broveg Mild Shampoo (5.5 pH), Mask & Serum which is safe for daily use. However, deep-conditioning products are recommended 1–2 times per week.

Ordering & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and wallets like Paytm/PhonePe. For international users, credit cards and PayPal options may be available at checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders can only be canceled or changed before they are shipped. Contact our customer service immediately at [email protected] with your order number.

My payment failed. What should I do?

Please ensure a stable internet connection and sufficient account balance. If the issue persists, try a different payment method or contact your bank. You can also reach our support team for assistance.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window on unopened, unused products. For hygiene reasons, opened items are not eligible unless they arrive damaged or defective. Read our full Return & Refund Policy for more details.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

 

My product was damaged during shipping. What should I do?

Please email us photos & video of the damaged product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.

Accounts & Subscriptions

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You can checkout as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track orders, manage addresses, and get personalised offers.

How do I reset my password?

Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your registered email.

Does Broveg offer any subscription or loyalty program?

We are working on launching a subscription-based VIP Hair Care Plan soon. Stay connected via our newsletter or WhatsApp for updates.
